Curricula covered
Students and parents get their own accounts, free and unlimited. Students join the lesson, keep the board as notes, hand work in and see their grades; parents get the monthly report by email. You are the only one who ever pays.

No. Students open Owlileo in their browser. Telegram is optional, for students who want to hand homework in as a photo from their phone.
No. Start with one or two, run a normal week of lessons, and add the rest when you are ready. The free Starter plan covers two active students for as long as you like.
Yes. Paste your link once in Settings and it is attached to every lesson, confirmation email, reminder and calendar invite automatically.

The platform is in English. The Greek Lykeio question banks and cheatsheets are in Greek.
Your account moves to the free Starter plan on its own. Nothing is locked or deleted, and you never needed a card to start. Upgrade whenever you have more than two active students.
No. Students pay you by card straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe’s standard card fee applies; Owlileo adds nothing on top of it.
No. Only the tutor has a subscription. Students and parents use it free.
A student is active in a month if they had a lesson, handed in homework or sat a test in that month. That is all. A student from a previous term who does nothing this month does not count against your limit.
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops back to the free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted: your students, boards and marks stay exactly where they are.
Yes. Pay yearly and you pay for ten months, not twelve: €390 for Tutor, €890 for Studio. All prices include VAT.
No. It suggests a grade by reading the question and the student’s work, and you confirm or change it before the student sees anything.
Never. Anything it prepares — booking, moving or cancelling a lesson — comes to you as a card and happens only when you tap to confirm. Questions about your diary or who still owes homework are answered directly, because nothing changes.
They pay for the AI features. Tutor includes 150 a month, Studio 500. They are weighted by what the work costs: a parent report is 1 credit, a fresh question from the generator 3, grading a full IA 5. Run out and a top-up is €5 for 100 — nothing stops working without warning.
Owlileo is a European company and the database sits in Dublin, inside the EU. We hold only what teaching needs, run no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics, and only you and your student — and a parent, if you invite them — can see a student’s work. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store and why.
No — most people on Owlileo are under 18, and it is built for that. The Privacy Policy has a section on children: what we hold about a child, what a parent can see, and the rule that no grade, report or piece of feedback reaches a student or parent until you have reviewed it.
No. When you open a PDF from your own computer, the file never leaves it. Only the part you snip goes onto the board, where your student can see it — which is the point. This is deliberate, so you can teach from your own materials without copyright worries.
